Your child will love having their birthday at The CRAFT BAR and so will YOU! We offer unique custom projects on wood & canvas for your birthday girl/boy to make with their friends and you won’t have a mess at home!
1) We’ll take care of setting up tables for crafts; we provide all that is needed
2) Birthday party is 2.5 hours
3) Your birthday guests will leave with the best party favor they’ve ever received
We are currently hosting for ages 7 and up. If any of your invited guests are under the age of 7 we must be notified and the parent may be asked to remain. We book events as far out as six months, therefore we suggest reserving your date at least 6-8 weeks in advance if you can.
A deposit of $150 is required to reserve your date and time; we will close the store to the public for your event. $100 of the deposit will be refunded or deducted from your amount due at the event.
There is a $50 fee for a private event which will also be deducted from your deposit.
Once we receive your deposit and confirm your date, the projects & designs you would like the children to make will be chosen. If the party is canceled within two weeks and we are unable to “book” another event your deposit is non-refundable.
Current crafts include wood 12x16 signs or canvas tote bags.
You are welcome to bring in food, cake, water, juice & other non-alcoholic beverages. (our beer & wine bar will not be open during children’s party)
If you are having pizza or other food we suggest delivery 45 minutes after the start of your event.
Fyi: Previous birthdays have ordered from Boulevard Pizza & Lord Pizza - both of whom are close by & deliver.
Balloons, flowers and other décor are welcome with some limitations. No popcorn, peanuts, or confetti please.
We do ask that you provide your own paper goods, utensils, cake knife, candles, matches & tape. We do have a refrigerator/freezer if you would like to bring ice cream.
Sample designs above and below. We have many designs to choose from and will work with you and your child to find the “right” project. Other sizes and designs will be priced accordingly. Additional fees may apply for custom designs and/or changes.
Costs:
1) $35* per person
2) Under 10 children is a flat rate $350
3) *plus any add’l fees incurred
